Join Libby Hinsley, PT and Yoga Therapist, for two half-day workshops on therapeutic yoga.
In the afternoon session, we will explore common culprits leading to neck and shoulder pain, and then experience a therapeutic yoga class designed to be therapeutic for these complaints. We will discuss yoga practice modifications for a variety of diagnoses affecting the neck and shoulders, and have ample time for discussion on ways to use yoga practices to support greater ease, comfort, and healing to people with neck and shoulder pain.
