The 300HR Advanced Yoga Teacher Training at Blue Ridge Yoga is the perfect opportunity to expand your existing knowledge of yoga and dive deeper into more advanced topics. We have previously hosted six successful 200HR and 300HR Yoga Teacher Trainings, and we can’t wait to welcome you as part of our 7th teacher training cohort!
This training is led by master instructor Jacquelyn Dobrinska of Asheville, NC, Director of Education for the Ram Dass Foundation. She will bring her esoteric knowledge and unique perspective to Knoxville for a training that thoughtfully balances the physical and spiritual dimensions of yoga.
Throughout the program, you will gain a deeper understanding of the body from both an anatomical and energetic perspective, while exploring philosophical teachings that connect you to the roots of yoga as a spiritual practice.
You’ll learn how to integrate this knowledge into both your personal practice and your teaching, so you can confidently share new insights and experiences with your students.

Training Dates
The 300HR training consists of 12 full weekends taught by Jacquelyne Dobrinska. Additional in-person and livestream sessions will be held by guest instructors. These sessions will count for a total of 270 training hours. The remaining 30 hours will be completed online through the Ram Dass’ Inner Academy.

Saturday from 12pm - 6:30pm
Sunday from 12pm - 6:30pm

All applicants must be 200HR trained by a Yoga Alliance approved institution.

This training is an investment of $3,500 and includes 300 hours of training from Jackie, guest teachers, and The Ram Dass Foundation.
We offer free payment plans to ensure everyone who wants to attend this training is able to do so. We will customize a payment schedule to fit your needs!

Nope! This training is open to everyone with a 200HR Yoga Teacher Certification from a Yoga Alliance approved studio or course.
Please know, if you are not a member you won’t be able to attend classes at the studio outside of the 300HR training course. However, you always have the option to become a member or purchase a Class Pack at any time to join our regular classes!

Blue Ridge Yoga & Wellness Center is recognized as a Registered Yoga School with the Yoga Alliance. All participants in the program may update their registration with the Yoga Alliance upon graduation

Our 300HR training will expand upon the foundational concepts taught in a 200HR training as well as introduce new topics for a deeper understanding of yoga. Training weekends are immersion-style to aid in the mastery & understanding of each topic. Expect in-depth training in the following areas:
Ayurveda
Subtle Anatomy including energetic sequencing, koshas, and vayus
The mind, the impact of trauma, and the healing of trauma
Teaching Skills & Concepts including anatomical sequencing and hands-on assists
Therapeutic Yoga & Somatic Yoga
Deep dive into The Bhagavad Gita and Bhakti Yoga
Deep dive into The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali
Yoga for special populations

This training takes place in person at Blue Ridge Yoga and Wellness Center located at 623 North Campbell Station Rd., Knoxville, TN 37934.
Some of our Wednesday sessions may be held virtually depending on the location of the guest speaker.
You will also have 3 months of access to Ram Dass Inner Academy for independent online learning.

We understand that life happens! While we highly recommend attending every session in person, lectures will be recorded and can be made up at a later date. Additional hours missed can be made up through a variety of free and paid opportunities. Examples include selected fundraisers and workshops, YTT exclusive book clubs, and retreat attendance.
Meet Your Lead Instructor
Jacquelyn Dobrinska
Jacquelyn Dobrinska is a beloved yogini, teacher, minister, and author who has mentored with some of the world's preeminent teachers, scholars, and visionaries in Yoga, Ayurveda, meditation, herbalism, the Wise Woman Tradition, global mysticism, and more.
She has taught yoga, Ayurveda, and wellness classes, workshops and teacher trainings since 2004 at esteemed places such as Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, Yoga International, hospitals, universities, festivals, and studios.
In addition to teaching yoga, Jackie currently guides students, clients, and communities worldwide as the Director of Education for Ram Dass' Love, Serve, Remember Foundation. She is also an interspiritual minister at Jubilee Community Church and a cohort leader for the Shift Network's Global Mystics course.
