Kitten Yoga Fundraiser

We’re so excited to partner once again with Young-Williams Animal Center for another heart-melting Kitten Yoga event! Join us for a playful, all-levels yoga class surrounded by adorable, adoptable kittens. These little ones will be roaming, snuggling, and playing - you might even meet your future furry family member!

This class is $30 per person to attend, and 100% of proceeds go directly to support vulnerable pets at YWAC. Can’t make it in person? You can still help the kittens by signing up for our $10 livestream class!

Come for the yoga, stay for the kittens, and leave with a full heart.

Special Session: Somatic Meditation Journey

Join us for The Wisdom Beneath the Noise: A Somatic Meditation Journey. This restorative meditation experience is designed to calm the nervous system, reconnect you with your body, and uncover the wisdom that exists beneath stress, tension, and mental noise. Through guided heart coherence breathing, somatic meditation, and restorative stillness, this practice invites you into a compassionate exploration of the body’s protective patterns and the messages they may be holding.

This immersive journey blends nervous system regulation, breathwork, self-inquiry, and deep meditative descent to create space for emotional release, inner clarity, and profound rest. Together, we will explore the body not as a problem to solve, but as sacred ground to honor and understand. Appropriate for all levels, this workshop offers a gentle yet powerful opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself with greater awareness and compassion.

Kayak and Paddle Board Adventure!

Join us for a day on the water at Concord Park! Led by Kris, this free gathering is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy nature, spend time on the lake, and connect with your community. Friends and family are welcome, so feel free to invite others to join the adventure!

Just complete the registration form below to reserve your spot! If you're bringing your own equipment, we'll sign you up free of charge. If you'd like to rent equipment, your $16 rental fee will be charged through Walla. Whether you're an experienced paddler or trying it for the first time, we'd love to have you join us for a memorable day on the water!

Elevate your yoga practice and enhance your physical well-being at our Strong and Stable Workshop, guided by physical therapist, Dalton Cousin. Discover practical, holistic strategies to understand your body in this gentle, empowering workshop designed to help you cultivate a deeper understanding of your body mechanics. We'll cover common effective, gentle movements to reduce pain, improve mobility, build resilience, and deepen your yoga practice! Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this workshop will provide valuable insights and techniques to support your physical health and fitness goals. You’ll gain practical tools to enhance your yoga practice and daily movements, all while receiving guidance from a professional. This is a free workshop for current studio members!
