Join Blue Ridge Yoga in a self-love series. We want to celebrate your spirit, love, and wholeness as we support you in living with joy!
This is a 3 week self-care series for those who feel lonely, overworked, or just out of touch with themselves.
Series will consist of:
- What does self-love look like?
- Tools to grow in positivity
- Examining the energy/messages we are sending out in the world
- Overcoming obstacles
- Yoga poses to bring out more joy
- Loving-kindness meditations
- Final ceremony in releasing what holds you back in life
