Face Yoga: A Practice for Anti-Aging

Face yoga helps to improve blood flow, increase lymphatic drainage and toxin removal, and tone muscles in the face. This class will help to improve the texture and elasticity of the face and neck through massage. Face yoga and gua sha may also help with relieving tension such as headaches and eye strain. In some classes, we will use gua sha tools which will be provided for you to borrow. These tools will be sanitized before use. Please bring a mat to class.
