This is a FREE community event to bring any friends, colleagues, or family members.
Divorce may be one of the most difficult experiences in life; it comes with a rollercoaster of emotions from anger or loneliness to feelings of desperation. We will cover ways to help you care for yourself during these difficult times as well as find some restoration and peace. Workshop will consist of mediation, restorative yoga, and journaling. Most of all, we want you to know there is a community of people going through the same situation- you are not alone!
