Julie, Instructor
With over 500 hours of yoga training and certification in Balanced Body Pilates Mat, Julie brings a holistic and inclusive approach to movement and wellness.
“I believe that yoga and Pilates should be accessible to all, regardless of experience or ability. My teaching philosophy centers around self-care, body awareness, and creating space for deep, personal connection—on and off the mat.”
In addition to teaching, Julie works as a manager of instructional coaches at Western Governors University, where she supports others in their own journeys of growth and learning.
Outside the studio, Julie can be found with her wonderful spouse and their two rescue Boston Terriers. You'll often find her outdoors, seeking inspiration in nature and cultivating meaningful connections.
