Before
Drink water before your visit and avoid caffeinated beverages and alcohol for at least a day before your session (both dehydrate the body). Hydration helps remove physical and energetic toxins from the body and is essential to the cleansing/wellness process.
Wear comfortable non-restrictive clothing that you can be easily removed for massage therapy. You can undress to your level of comfort and will be covered with a blanket at all times for your privacy.
To be as comfortable as possible, we recommended eatling light the day of your treatment. It can be distracting to come with a rumbling belly or a full stomach.
After
Drink plenty of water for the next 24 hours. This will help rehydrate the body to ease & prevent muscle soreness as well as help flush toxins that are released during massage therapy.
