Beginner Yoga Series

Join us for a 6 week course taught by senior teacher, Dianne Cecchet. This introductory course will teach brand new yoga students the basic elements of yoga practice and prepare them for participation in regular yoga classes . No prior Knowledge or experience needed. Class is one hour.
