Friday, March 25th: 6:30-9:30 — Develop a strong foundation through the feet, legs and the pelvic floor.
Saturday, March 26th: 1 0:00-1:00 — Engage your core - learn to strengthen as well as create a flexible mid-section.
Saturday, March 26th: 2:00-4:30 — Find ease and grace in the upper back and shoulders.
This workshop is open to ALL BODIES. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner this weekend promises to offer refreshing insights to your practice.

Rebecca Dennis’ 35-year yoga practice incorporates the styles of Ashtanga, Iyengar, Jivamukti, Integral and Bhakti. Her approach is inspired by the belief that an inherent joy resides in us all and appeals to yoga beginners and experts alike. Formally trained in performing arts, Rebecca incorporates poetry, music, movement and humor to demystify esoteric teachings and make yoga more relevant in our present culture.
