Margaret wants you to feel welcome and supported in her classes. She appreciates the transformative power of yoga and knows the first steps to well-being are the hardest. She is particularly enthusiastic about reaching those apprehensive to yoga, as she firmly believes there is a perfect yoga style for each person. Using gentle movement, Margaret emphasizes reconnecting with the self through body awareness and breath. She is passionate about stress reduction, which she believes is essential to living with steadiness and ease.
Margaret completed her 200h yoga teacher training at Blue Ridge Yoga in 2019 and has a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling from UTK. When she’s not at the studio, you can find her on the disc golf course or hula hooping around town.
