Kris Evans - Kris Evans is a licensed massage therapist and yoga instructor with a great passion for helping people feel well and joyful in their body! Kris received her education in massage therapy at Roane State Community College and has been trained in Swedish massage, myofasical integration structural technique, neuromuscular therapy, and active isolated stretching.

Kris originally found herself being drawn to learning and understanding the body through her yoga practice. Kris experienced first-hand the profound effects of yoga and massage in both her physical well-being and mental & emotional wellness. This began her journey of confidence and enthusiasm for the capabilities of the body. Kris's goal is to use massage and yoga to contribute to her community by inspiring health and vitality to all those who step in to her office. Whether you are an athlete in training or post-event, overcoming injury, dealing with matters of acute or chronic pain, or looking for stress management and relaxation, Kris is grateful to help!

Kris approaches bodywork & massage from a place of full body awareness and intention. She believes the body has the ability to heal itself and that each body must be uniquely cared for. Kris is dedicated to taking the time to meet with you to understand your lifestyle and goals in order to create a massage experience tailored to your needs. Kris's method has been described as both relaxing and invigorating through her use of a combination of gentle Swedish & deep tissue techniques, range of motion, gentle stretches, and an intuitive touch to allow for a personalized experience.
