Looking to increase your flexibility and endurance?

Join Blue Ridge Yoga’s Senior Teacher, Randy Rainey, for a 6-week yoga series designed specifically around the needs of runners and all athletes. In this series, you will learn poses specifically to address your needs as an athlete in order to stay flexible and injury free!

  • Learn breathing techniques to help with endurance and stamina
  • Learn poses and routines to help you become a stronger runner/athlete
