Ready to begin your yoga practice?
Join us for a 6-week series where you will learn the foundations of yoga! This introductory course will teach brand new yoga students the basic elements of a yoga practice and prepare them for participation in regular yoga classes. No prior knowledge or experience needed!

- Meditation and breath work
- Standing postures
- Twists and abdominal toners
- Seated and floor postures
- Back bends
- Restorative and basic inversions
- Intro to Vinyasa
