Beginners Yoga Series

Ready to begin your yoga practice?

Join us for a 6-week series where you will learn the foundations of yoga! This introductory course will teach brand new yoga students the basic elements of a yoga practice and prepare them for participation in regular yoga classes. No prior knowledge or experience needed!

Topics include:

  • Basic concepts of yoga--why we practice!
  • Meditation and breath work
  • Standing postures
  • Twists and abdominal toners
  • Seated and floor postures
  • Back bends
  • Restorative and basic inversions
  • Intro to Vinyasa

Price: $75 per person

No mat? No problem! We provide yoga mats free of charge, along with all other props needed.
